DUTIES AND CUSTOMS
We DO NOT cover the international duties and customs for shipments outside the European Union.
Customers are responsible for paying any additional costs that incur during the shipping like customs, duties and taxes.
The orders are usually dispatched within 24-48h after the order placement. The orders placed on Friday after 2.00 pm (CET) are dispatched on Monday morning. Please note that during and around holidays and sales periods, deliveries can take longer. Once the order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
You have the right to return or exchange the purchased items for any reason within 14 days upon the delivery date. The cost of returning the item to us is your, the customer´s, responsibility. In case of an exchange, we will send the new item for free.
The full refund is issued upon the receipt of the item.

IMPORTANT: For orders placed outside European Union, please specify that the parcel is a return, has no commercial value and is not subject to the VAT payment.
Make sure the item is returned with all the tags intact, unworn and in the original state
The money is refunded to the bank account used when placing the order. After the return confirmation from our side, it usually takes up to 5 – 7 business days before money is credited back to you.
Please note that we only do exchanges for the same style. If you desire a different style, please place a new order and return the item as described above.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded and NOT covered for shipments outside the European Community (EU). When returning or exchanging an item outside European Union the customers should specify that the parcel is a return, has no commercial value and is not subject to the VAT payment.
FAULTY OR WORN ITEMS
VIBE JOHANSSON ApS will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customer should notify us (by e-mail) on the same day if they wish to return. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
If the item you received is faulty, please report so when writing an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
You will be charged at your account once your order has been shipped from the warehouse. We will never charge a higher amount than the one you have accepted at the checkout.
